What we welcome

Pitch evergreen subjects involving interfaces, software, online life, devices or digital ideas. A strong proposal identifies a reader’s real point of confusion and offers a focused way to resolve it, such as explaining a feature, comparing two approaches or tracing the background of a familiar convention.

What makes a good pitch

Tell us the working angle, who would benefit, what the piece would help them understand and why the subject can be handled clearly without unsupported claims. Mention any relevant experience or sources you would use, but do not imply credentials or access you do not have. Keep the proposed scope distinct from existing coverage.

Use the Contact page and choose the editorial enquiry option. Include a concise pitch and a way for us to reply. A proposal is not a commission, and we may not be able to respond to every submission.
